Worked with client to understand ability to customize implementation of "new to client" brokerage management tool - Guidewire. Helped balance OTS functionality with more customer-centric model. Created process to better understand customer's expectations and needs for a customer-facing portal. Managed team of 3 interactions designers from initial scoping, through design workshops and prototyping, to final responsive designs and validation testing.

Tasked by the VP, Insights, we did a current state analysis of both the existing site and research operations. A round of stakeholder engagement with the digital leadership allowed us to identify key thematic issues across the entrprise. We then provided clear, actionable feedback on the current site's competitive functional situation and recommendations on site structure and features. As well, we delivered a go-forward plan to reorient the research group's approach and deliverables around clear, simple user feedback instead of metrics-based analysis.
